REHEARSAL DINNER SELECTIONS

All entrees are served with the following: Soup, salad, vegetable, potato, rolls and butter, coffee or hot tea, and dessert.

Boneless breast of chicken dipped in egg and Romano cheese then sautéed in a lemon butter sauce.

CHICKEN MARSALA $18.99
Boneless breast of chicken sautéed with peppers, onions, mushrooms, served in a Marsala wine sauce.

CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA $19.99
Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with proscuitto (Italian-style ham) and provolone cheese, sautéed with white wine and mushrooms.

CHICKEN SORRENTO $19.99
Boneless breast of chicken sautéed with tomatoes, artichokes, kalamata olives, garlic, and white wine

BOSTON SCROD ENGLISH STYLE $18.99
Filet of scrod topped with seasoned breadcrumbs with a lemon butter sauce.

Filet of sole in a light lemon and romano cheese batter topped with lump crab meat in a white wine
