Experience the award-winning cuisine in "Prima Classe Gourmet Dining Car." Prima Classe is actually a restaurant within a restaurant. Fully restored to it's original opulence, it's all Italian hand-carved wood, fine linen tablecloths, silver show plates, sparkling crystal glassware, and elegant sconces make diners feel as if they were on a pleasant journey on the Orient Express.
